Start on Pennsylvania Ave NW: Head north on 3rd St NW toward Constitution Ave NW. Take a slight right onto Pennsylvania Ave NW.
Merge onto I-395 N: Use the right 2 lanes to take the ramp to I-395 N entering Northwest Washington.
Continue onto New York Ave NW: Use the left 2 lanes to take the New York Ave exit.
Continue on MD-295: Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Baltimore-Washington Parkway/US-50 E and merge onto MD-295 N.
Take the MD-410 Exit: Use the right 2 lanes to take the MD-410 exit toward Silver Spring.
Follow MD-410 E to Silver Spring: Turn left onto MD-410 E/East–West Hwy. Continue to follow MD-410 E.
Arrive at Silver Spring Civic Building: Turn right onto Fenton St. The Silver Spring Civic Building will be on your right at 1 Veterans Pl, Silver Spring, MD 20910.

Start on I-395 N: Head southwest on I-395 S. Use any lane to turn slightly right onto S Howard St.
Merge onto I-95 S: Use the right 2 lanes to take the ramp to Washington.
Continue on I-95 S/I-495 S: Keep left at the fork to continue on I-95 S, follow signs for Interstate 495 S/Washington.
Take the US-29 S Exit: Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 30B for US-29 S toward Silver Spring.
Continue on US-29 S to Silver Spring: Merge onto US-29 S/Colesville Rd.
Arrive at Silver Spring Civic Building: Turn right onto Fenton St. The Silver Spring Civic Building will be on your right at 1 Veterans Pl, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
